Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any products that have been cut, printed, or processed. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will work with you to replace it at no additional cost.
Shipping
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork and design files they submit are correct and free of errors. We are not responsible for any errors or typos in the artwork or design files.
